Experience and References

Feedback is very important to me, as it keeps us connected for the longer-term and helps grow our professional relationships.

I have helped new college grads from Chapman, USC, CAL, Cal Poly Pomona, Cal Poly SLO, Oregon, SMU, Alabama, Cal State San Marcos and other great colleges who were interviewing for their first career jobs. Working with Y.E.S., a local non-profit dedicated to developing business skills for young people, I have also helped high school juniors and seniors, some who were experiencing homelessness, get their first part-time jobs.

"Dear Mark. You’re a ROCK STAR. My son said he thought he was prepared for his interview until he talked to you. Said that he learned so much from you. So whether it goes his way or not (it did), it really doesn’t matter, what matters is that you helped him and educated him and I think that is awesome.”

“I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the practice on Wednesday during the Mock Interviews. I honestly had an incredible experience and learned quite a bit in preparation for an authentic interview.”

"Thank you for volunteering to be on our panel for our senior projects. Your kindness and attentiveness gave me confidence when I was nervous. I also want to thank you for the constructive criticism that will help me improve my future presentations.”
